Introduction

Peace be upon you who receive the guidance.

All praise to God who had given me the time and energy to write in this blog. I intend to share my life experience from as early as possible in my childhood up till now. Hopefully this sharing would provide some motivation and guidance to you in your life.

I am currently an HR Professional in a multinational corporation. In my career, I have been handling a wide spectrum of HR activities ranging from HR administration, HR services, Expats Services, internal resourcing, manpower planning, attraction & recruitment, job evaluation, HR Policies, total compensation, cash remuneration and benefits.

I currently hold a managerial position providing HR Policy consultancy and advisory services to a team of more than 100 employees in implementating and providing of HR services to around 6,000 expatriates and local employees in the region, which spans from Middle East to China and down to Australia.

Segala puji bagi tuhan yang telah memberikan kepada saya masa dan tenaga untuk menulis di dalam blog ini. Tujuan saya ialah untuk berkongsi pengalaman hidup saya dari seawal zaman kanak-kanak saya sehinggalah sekarang. Diharapkan perkongsian ini boleh memberikan anda motivasi dan panduan di dalam hidup anda.

Saya sekarang adalah seorang professional Sumber Manusia dengan salah sebuah syarikat multinasional. Sepanjang kerjaya saya, saya telah mengendalikan aktiviti-aktiviti Sumber Manusia dalam ruang lingkup yang luas dari segi pentadbiran, perkhidmatan Sumber Manusia, perkhidmatan pegawai dagang, persumberan dalaman, perancangan tenaga kerja, pengambilan, penilaian kerja, dasar-dasar Sumber Manusia, ganjaran keseluruhan, penggajian tunai dan faedah pekerja.

Saya memegang jawatan pengurusan dan memberikan khidmat konsultansi dan nasihat dasar-dasar Sumber Manusia untuk sekumpulan 100 orang perkerja di dalam menyampaikan perkhidmatan Sumber Manusia untuk sekitar 6,000 perkerja pegawai dagang dan tempatan di rantau ini, merangkumi dari Timur Tengah hingga China dan ke Australia.
